 Hotel Information for Redding and the Symposium

Reservations MUST be received by August 31!

To get these great Symposium rates, you need to make reservations through the Redding Convention Bureau only-- print out this page and return the reservation form below. Hotels can't accept reservations from individuals directly at the discounted Symposium rates. For hotel reservation inquiries you may call Karen at: (800) 874-7562. You can see hotel locations on the detailed Redding map-- numbers on the map correspond with hotel numbers below.

Here's how to reserve your rooms at the discounted rates:

1. Complete reservation form below, one form for each room requested.
2. Send $50.00 deposit, or credit card information to guarantee reservation.
3. Hotels are responsible for sending confirmation.
4. Make check payable to: REDDING CONVENTION BUREAU.
5. Mail check and reservation form to: Redding Convention Bureau, 777 Auditorium Drive Redding, CA 96001
6. If paying by credit card, fax to (530) 225-4354.
