Park Planner (Greenways)
Salary Range: $41,160.00 - $51,450.00 Annually.

This position is responsible for developing long-range greenway plans.  Duties include coordination of the greenway planning and development priorities, providing input in the greenway design process, serving as a liaison for project management, budget and fiscal management of projects, presentations to citizens groups and advisory councils, and communication with other agencies.

Bachelor's Degree in Geography, Planning, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, Park and Recreation Administration, Public Administration or a related field and a minimum of two years of related planning and/or design experience is required. Requires strong communication skills and knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Position requires a valid North or South Carolina driver’s license. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Mecklenburg County Operator’s driving permit. Apply at : www.Charmeck.Org
