Hosted by AmericanTrails.org Assistant Trail Crew Foreman Ridge in Boise, Idaho Application Deadline: January 25, 2008 The Ridge to Rivers program in Boise, Idaho will be advertising for an Assistant Trail Crew Foreman in January, 2008. This is a permanent full-time position with the City of Boise, offering a complete benefit package. Salary for the position will be commensurate on experience, and will range from $27,468 to $32,040 annually. The position opens January 4, 2008 and closes January 25th, 2008. We are seeking an individual with a strong trails background, excellent communication skills, and an interest in being part of a program that has been recognized as the finest trail system in the country adjacent to a mid-sized city. Ridge to Rivers is a cooperative partnership of government agencies which include the Bureau of Land Management, City of Boise, Boise National Forest, Ada County and Idaho Fish and Game. Ridge to Rivers manages a 130-mile trail system that crosses each of the partnership's jurisdictions, providing for a seamless experience for the trail using public. The Ridge to Rivers system is primarily non-motorized, and gets extensive use from mountain bikers, hikers and trail runners.
